Efficient event planning
From your initial enquiry through to the day of your conference, the hotel's events team will be your point of contact. After establishing exactly what you need from your event, they will make all the arrangements necessary to ensure that everything runs smoothly. If you need to hire presentation equipment for your conference or meeting, simply let your event manager know when you book.
A member of the events team will meet you on your arrival at The Cooden Beach Hotel and be your main contact throughout the day - leaving you free to concentrate on achieving your objectives.
Excellent conference support
The events team will ensure that your meeting room is arranged exactly to your specifications, with your equipment set up and fully tested, ready for you to use. You will find our conference toolbox filled with stationery items for your convenience. The Conference Team will be on hand to deal with messages.
Delegates will be able to select from a great range of freshly prepared food choices served to your schedule, from full breakfasts through to dinner, sandwiches, snacks and regular tea and coffee breaks.
Luxury hotel facilities
At the end of your event, you can enjoy dinner in the Oceana silver service restaurant or perhaps a well-deserved drink out on our beachfront Club Terrace or in the Club Bar. For complete relaxation, you and your delegates can make use of the heated swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room and hot tub in our well-equipped Leisure Club.
