Terms and Conditions

Arrival and departure times

Bedrooms are available from 2pm on the day of arrival and until 11am on the day of departure. Bedrooms may be available for late departure subject to availability and at a charge of £10 per hour.

Deposit and guaranteeing your reservation

A deposit of 50% of the total cost of your stay is required to guarantee your reservation or alternatively you can confirm your booking with the following credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Switch/Maestro. An authorisation for the estimated cost of your stay will be taken on check-in.

Provisional reservations

A reservation may be provisionally held for a maximum of 72 hours, after which time we will cancel the reservation automatically if you have not contacted us to confirm.

Cancellations

If you find it necessary to cancel your booking for any reason please contact a member of the reservations team. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Advised before midday the day prior to arrival: no charge

Advised after midday the day prior to arrival: one night's stay will be charged.

For residential packages which have been fully paid in advance the above cancellation policy does not apply. 

Payment

The following methods of payments are accepted: cash, cheques with valid guarantee card, Visa, MasterCard, American Express  and Switch/Maestro.

Guests who cannot guarantee charges with a credit or debit card will be asked to pay for the total cost of the stay on arrival, and any additional items will be paid for as taken.

Entertainment

Please note the Cooden Beach Hotel is a very popular weekend venue for weddings and parties; therefore we advise that there may be some noise due to live music or discos at the weekends. Please ask for details from a member of the reservations team.
