Beetroot and Goats Cheese Tart served on a bed of Spinach with Tomato filled with Salsa Verde (v)

Japanese Style Sirloin Steak served on Little Gem Lettuce with Radish and Mustard Dressing

Fillet of Trout served with Crushed New Potatoes Chilli Salsa and Cucumber Strips

Vanilla Pannacotta with Raspberry Sauce and Fresh Raspberries

Cardamon Tart with White Chocolate filing and Cocoa Dust
