Introducing Evelina, our new manager of The Brasserie on the Beach.
Evelina brings twelve years’ of experience with her as an assistant manager in one of London’s top restaurants. Her drive and ambition create a perfect combination, whilst serving delicious food with an excellent customer focus.
What do you most enjoy about your new position?
I am most happy when the Brasserie is buzzing and I am surrounded by the happy chatter of satisfied guests. For me, I love to be by the water. To be in this stunning location on the beach it’s such a unique opportunity.
How would you describe working at the hotel?
The department teams are fantastic! It’s like being part of a big family with everybody working together; the atmosphere is very special.
What are your favourite dishes on the menu?
Well my Father is a hunter and we used to forage for wild mushrooms and vegetables together when I was a child. For this reason, it has to be the veal escalope with creamy mushroom sauce. I also love the fresh healthy tastes of the superfood salad.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I love to spend as much time as I can with my young daughter. Also, secretly I am an avid reader of crime detective novels.
