On Friday 27 September 2019 a new seasonal menu launches in our Bexhill restaurant, the Brasserie on the Beach.
There are 14 new tasty dishes on the menu! But, of course, the traditional and all-time favourites remain. Our stylish eatery has vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options available.
A new season which means a new menu at our Bexhill restaurant
To start, enjoy smoked salmon with a horseradish crème fraîche, pea & mint falafel hummus or a warming soup of the day.
Whether you typically favour fish, meat or vegetarian/vegan options, there’s plenty of main course items which are simply delicious!
New items include:
- red snapper fillets with roasted Mediterranean vegetables
- crab & salmon fishcake
- roasted butternut squash with garlic roast potatoes and
- minted lamb rump.

Save room for dessert!
There are seven choices, plus three sundaes, cheese and biscuits, ice cream and sorbets on the menu.
Since Autumn is definitely on its way, there are two new warm options:
- warm salted caramel chocolate brownie and
- spiced plum & apple tart with clotted cream.
We have a wide range of alcoholic drinks available, as well as a great selection of soft drinks in our Bexhill restaurant. Not forgetting our Gin Palace with the choice of 18 artisan gins and 9 flavoursome Fever-Tree mixers. If you’re the designated driver, you’ll still be able to enjoy a beer with a Beck’s Blue alcohol-free beer or a non-alcoholic cocktail.
When can I visit?
Our Brasserie on the Beach is open for breakfast from 7am until 10am, with brunch from 10am to noon. Lunch and dinner is available from midday, with last orders at 9pm every day.
Now all you need to do is arrange a get together with friends and family! Do you have a special occasion coming up – why not book a table at our Bexhill restaurant? Or you could impress a client with a meeting over great food with wonderful views.
We love hearing your thoughts on our new menu. Do let us know your favourite dish or what you’d like to see on our next seasonal menu in February.
